Plain English, because terms nobody reads protect nobody. Using Veyro Spoofer means you accept these.

Read this. You are solely responsible for whatever you do with Veyro and with every file it produces. We are not responsible for your use. The service is not for breaking, bypassing, or evading another platform's rules, terms, or enforcement. We do not promote that use. Misuse is on you, not us.

01Who we are

Veyro Spoofer ("Veyro", "we") is a video processing service operated from the United Kingdom, available at veyrospoofer.com and through our Telegram bot. You can reach us at [email protected].

02What the service does

You upload a video. We produce a number of altered copies of it, applying changes such as cropping, rotation, mirroring, speed adjustment, colour grading, sharpening and grain, and optionally burned-in captions. You download the results, or send each unpacked file to your own Google Drive.

We publish measured figures on how far these changes move a perceptual hash. Those figures are honest measurements from our own testing, not a guarantee, not a promise, and not an invitation to get around anyone else's systems. Other services change their systems whenever they like, and we make no promise that any output will or will not be detected, flagged, removed, or treated in any particular way.

Veyro is a video processing tool. It is not a tool for breaking, bypassing, or evading another platform's rules, terms, or enforcement. We do not market it that way and we do not condone that use.

03Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for whatever you do with Veyro and with every file you download, send to Drive, share, or post. That includes how you store the files, who you give them to, and anywhere you use them. We are not responsible for your use.

Other platforms have their own rules and terms. Complying with those is your job, not ours. If you violate another platform's terms, or any law that applies to you, that is on you. If another platform suspends you, removes a post, or takes any other action, Veyro takes no responsibility.

We do not promote, encourage, or condone using Veyro — or anything it produces — to break, bypass, or evade another service's rules, terms, or enforcement. Misuse is on the user.

04Your content stays yours

You keep all rights in anything you upload and in everything we produce from it. We claim no ownership and no licence to use your content for anything beyond running the service for you.

We do not view, share, sell, or train anything on your uploads. We process them, store the results in your library, and delete them on the schedule in section 7.

05What you must not do

You confirm that you own the content you upload, or have permission from whoever does. You are solely responsible for how you use the service and its outputs. You must not use Veyro to:

Using Veyro does not change your obligations to anyone else. We do not promote evading other platforms' rules. We will close accounts that breach this section, without refund, and we report content involving minors to the relevant authorities. There is no warning process for that particular one.

06Accounts and teams

You are responsible for your login and for anyone you invite to your team. A team member acts on your account, spends your allowance, and everything they make lands in your library. If you give someone access, their use is your responsibility. Remove them when they leave.

Share links you create for folders are unlisted but not secret. Anyone with the link can view and download that folder until you switch the link off.

07Storage and deletion

Clips in your library are kept for 30 days and then deleted automatically. Source files you upload are deleted as soon as we've finished processing them. Download anything you want to keep.

If you delete your account, your clips and files go with it. We can't get them back afterwards.

08Plans and payment

The free plan gives a limited number of clips a month. Veyro Pro is a monthly subscription, billed in advance through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next payment; you keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't pro-rate part-months.

Refunds. If the service doesn't work as described, tell us and we'll sort it out, including refunding you. We don't refund because you changed your mind, stopped using it, or a platform behaved in a way you didn't expect. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice by email. If you don't like the new price, cancel before it takes effect.

09Availability

We aim to keep it running but we don't promise uptime. It's a small service and things occasionally break. If a render fails, we credit the clip back to your allowance automatically.

10Liability

You are solely responsible for your use of Veyro and of the files you take away. We take no responsibility for how you use those files, including any post you make, any account you operate, or any action another platform takes against you.

We provide the service as it is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for lost income, lost content, account suspensions or bans on other platforms, enforcement by third parties, or any indirect loss arising from your use of Veyro or its outputs.

Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to what you've paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, which cannot be limited under UK law.

11Ending it

You can stop using Veyro whenever you like. We can suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and we'll tell you why unless section 5 applies.

12Changes to these terms

If we change anything material, we'll email account holders and update the date at the top. Carrying on using the service after that means you accept the change.

13Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
