Plain English, because terms nobody reads protect nobody. Using Veyro Spoofer means you accept these.
01Who we are
Veyro Spoofer ("Veyro", "we") is a video processing service operated from the United Kingdom, available at veyrospoofer.com and through our Telegram bot. You can reach us at [email protected].
02What the service does
You upload a video. We produce a number of altered copies of it, applying changes such as cropping, rotation, mirroring, speed adjustment, colour grading, sharpening and grain, and optionally burned-in captions. You download the results.
We publish measured figures on how far these changes move a perceptual hash. Those figures are honest measurements from our own testing, not a guarantee. Platforms change their systems whenever they like, and we make no promise that any output will or will not be detected, flagged, removed, or treated in any particular way by any platform.
03Your content stays yours
You keep all rights in anything you upload and in everything we produce from it. We claim no ownership and no licence to use your content for anything beyond running the service for you.
We do not view, share, sell, or train anything on your uploads. We process them, store the results in your library, and delete them on the schedule in section 6.
04What you must not do
You confirm that you own the content you upload, or have permission from whoever does. You must not use Veyro to:
- Process anyone else's content without their permission
- Handle content involving anyone under 18, in any form
- Impersonate a real person, including with synthetic or altered footage
- Break the terms of any platform you post to — that's between you and them, and using our tool doesn't change your obligations to them
- Break any law that applies to you
- Resell or rebrand the service as your own without a written agreement
- Attempt to overload, probe, or reverse-engineer the service
05Accounts and teams
You are responsible for your login and for anyone you invite to your team. A team member acts on your account, spends your allowance, and everything they make lands in your library. If you give someone access, their use is your responsibility. Remove them when they leave.
Share links you create for folders are unlisted but not secret. Anyone with the link can view and download that folder until you switch the link off.
06Storage and deletion
Clips in your library are kept for 30 days and then deleted automatically. Source files you upload are deleted as soon as we've finished processing them. Download anything you want to keep.
If you delete your account, your clips and files go with it. We can't get them back afterwards.
07Plans and payment
The free plan gives a limited number of clips a month. Veyro Pro is a monthly subscription, billed in advance through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next payment; you keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't pro-rate part-months.
Refunds. If the service doesn't work as described, tell us and we'll sort it out, including refunding you. We don't refund because you changed your mind, stopped using it, or a platform behaved in a way you didn't expect. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice by email. If you don't like the new price, cancel before it takes effect.
08Availability
We aim to keep it running but we don't promise uptime. It's a small service and things occasionally break. If a render fails, we credit the clip back to your allowance automatically.
09Liability
We provide the service as it is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for lost income, lost content, account suspensions on other platforms, or any indirect loss arising from your use of Veyro.
Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to what you've paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, which cannot be limited under UK law.
10Ending it
You can stop using Veyro whenever you like. We can suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and we'll tell you why unless section 4 applies.
11Changes to these terms
If we change anything material, we'll email account holders and update the date at the top. Carrying on using the service after that means you accept the change.
12Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
